Send a deletion request

1. Email contactus@listlivellc.com with the subject ListLive account deletion request.
2. Include your ListLive username, registered email address, and whether you have a user or creator account. If possible, write from your registered email address. If you cannot access it, explain that in your message.
3. State that you want your ListLive account and associated personal data deleted. Send the email to submit your request.

The button opens your email app; it does not send a request automatically. If it does not open, copy the address into your email service and send your message there. You do not need to sign in to ListLive or reinstall the app to send an email.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, identity documents, or bank or card details.

Service recovery and your request

ListLive LLC’s Chief Operating Officer is responsible for overseeing account-deletion requests sent to contactus@listlivellc.com.

ListLive is undergoing service recovery. Access to historical account data has not been restored. Sending a request does not automatically delete your account or confirm that historical data has been erased.

Account ownership must be verified before any account data is deleted. No completion date is currently confirmed for data that remains inaccessible.

Account and associated data

Your request should cover your account and associated personal data, including your profile, uploaded content and media, messages, and activity records where held. Deleting an account is different from uninstalling the app or temporarily deactivating an account.

Subscriptions

Sending this email does not cancel a paid subscription or confirm that billing has stopped. Identify where you purchased any subscription and use that provider’s subscription-management options. You may still send your deletion request while seeking help with subscription cancellation; do not include payment credentials.
